Salon Policies 

What is your cancellation policy? - To cancel your appointment without a fee, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. A 50% fee is charged if you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee equal to 100% of the booked service is required in order to rebook.

No Shows - no shows get charged 100% of the booked service.

How do I prepare for my initial appointment? - Please arrive with your hair in its natural state, freshly washed and dried (the day before is fine, as long as your curls still look the same), and without a ponytail or hat. A little product is fine.

Do you work with kids? - Yes, I do. At the moment, I do not have pricing for kids, as the process is almost identical to adult services.

Can I bring a friend, family member, significant other, child, or pet to my appointment? - Unfortunately, my space cannot accommodate more than one client at a time. Pets registered as Emotional Support Animals are welcome

What is the parking situation? - There are East and West entrances to the building with ample parking available on both sides.

Do I need to style my hair before my appointment if I'm an existing client? - Yes, please make sure to have your hair styled, as this will ensure the best results.

Do you work on weekends? - My schedule is Tuesday through Friday. I will occasionally add weekends at my discretion.

Can I buy products from you? - Absolutely! Choosing to support my small business allows me to grow and continue to provide the very best service possible. I currently carry Innersense Organic Beauty and Cult & King products.

Do you charge a detangling fee? - I do not charge a fee, but if it takes me a long time to detangle your hair, you may be charged for exceeding the normal service time.

Where do I go when I arrive for my appointment? - Tame It Curl Haus operates out of My Salon Suites. There is no waiting area in my space. Please text me at 303-620-6339 when you arrive and I will let you know when everything is ready for you!
